They do not get any over time. They were here from 1:30 to 3:00.
They were just ok... They were 17 year boys. Seemed they were new at this. Not as careful with my things as they should have been. They did not have masks. I gave them masks but they did not keep them on. They were very nice and polite.

I wouldn't use them again since they were careless with my furniture. They didn't bring plastic wrap or try to protect any of my stuff during the move even though I provided furniture pads. They did arrive on time and they did do the job quickly, but that doesn't really matter if my stuff is damaged in the process. I definitely wouldn't recommend them unless you're in a rush to move and don't really care about the quality of the service you're receiving.

The gentlemen arrived late (approx. 45 min) but were good with moving the remaining items left on the truck. They were only used for one hour as opposed to the two hour minimum but they were good.

I used them twice. The first time they arrived on time but without hand trucks I had asked that they bring. They did excellent job of packing the truck. Worked quickly and followed my instructions. When I arrived at my destination everything was intact -- nothing was broken.
The second time they brought the requested hand trucks. They worked diligently but toward the end seemed to be tired and a bit careless. When I arrived at my destination five or six boxes had fallen over, things had fallen out and were broken. Some plant cages were bent but are still usable. Packing blankets I provided were packed -- not used.

On time, friendly, respectful, and got the job done! They worked very hard and took great care of our more fragile items and asked lots of questions if they were unsure. My first time using movers and I would definitely hire them again!
