They were delayed but because of the previous job, not their fault. They got started as soon as they arrived.
They stayed on task and worked quickly and efficiently. My job was loading a pod and they used their expertise to get as much as possible into the pod, it was full.
The two gentlemen were very polite and respectful.

I was told they would arrive between 9am and 10am. They arrived about 9:40. One of the workers did call to say they were running 30 minutes late. In other words they would not arrive at 9. But they arrived within the window expected. The loading of the POD was furniture on this day. They were careful with all the furniture and carefully wrapped them in moving blankets.
No complaints with that. It is good that I was told a few days before to get the blankets or I / we would not have been prepared. They did ask for straps or rope. That was something of a surprise. I thought they would have brought those or the POD company would have provided those. Fortunately I had two rolls of rope and bungee cords.
I was impressed with how much they fit into the POD. Two young men arrived first and two more joined them in progress. They were all personable and easy to talk with. Upon arrival of the first two I showed one of them everything in the house that needed to be loaded. Then he decided in what order to load each item.
Expect an email that morning to release payment to Hire a Helper. They will be asking you to read that a call a number to release the agreed upon payment to them. They can help you with that if needed. Before leaving I gave them a $50 tip to divide up or get lunch with.
So, I give them high marks! Just remember you will need to provide enough moving blankets from Harbor Freight, Tractor Supply or Home Depot, etc.
You will also need to supply straps, ropes and bungee cords or just straps if you buy enough to get the job done.
I would use them again!

We recently moved from SC to GA. and needed 2 separate U-Haul trucks to move all of our belongings. The Moving Men were great. Jessica successfully accommodated changes to our GA arrival times and Jack A. and Jonathan K. were on time and worked diligently and tirelessly to finish the initial job. Jonathan returned for the 2nd truck and was joined by Daniel C. They were expert movers who knew how to manage large, heavy furniture as well as fragile items. They answered our questions and we appreciated their positive, courteous attitudes. We enjoyed working with them, would use them again and highly recommend them.
