They showed up within the time that was agreed upon and went right to work. They were very respectful and polite, even engaging with my children as they worked. They were careful with our stuff and finished ahead of time.

Coming in after another mover had to back out of the job Onyx Pearl Movers did a great job. They had done an earlier job and came from a distance which made me nervous waiting for them. When they arrived they stepped in and did everything that was asked of them. They were very good at moving large pieces of furniture through doors and around corners. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

A few days before Onyx Pearl Movers were scheduled to come, I left several voicemails on their office phone to ascertain that the job was on the schedule for 9 - 10 AM, June 23, 2019. I did not receive a return
call or voicemail from the office. When Onyx Pearl Movers did not show at scheduled time, I called again and this time a lady answered. She talked with crew and said they were running late due to traffic. Finally at 11 AM they arrived. They went to work and finished early. I would not recommend Onyx Pearl Movers due to inept office worker.

When they did arrive, they went to work and completed the job within their allotted time. The guys did a good job.

Arrived late. They had a one hour window and did not show up. After beieng late for 15 minutes, I called the number and was told that "they should have been there" and the operator will check and call me back. She never called back, but the movers called about 15 minutes later stating they are 5 minutes away. I payed for the minimum 2 hours. They worked hard for one hour. They did not break anything, which is always a plus. They stacked my boxes only to chest high. I requested them to stack it all the way up and they voiced concern that it might fall down. I had another load to pick up and provided them with string to tie down the load to keep it from falling down. They moved some things up, but mainly left everything chest high. They did not use the string provided and just left after 1 hour and 10 min. Once I got to my other location, the movers there spend over 30 minutes stacking everything appropriately. Would not use again.

Mover's response:

We apologize that you misunderstood the arrival window but in any case the load was stackd to protect your belongings from being damaged before you arrive at your next location also the string was not used because it would have been needed for the end after everything was on the truck

The guys were friendly and worked hard, the issue I have with their service is that they packed the items in the pods in a haphazard manner. I was not able to fit all of my stuff due to the way things were placed in the containers. I will honestly be amazed if during the move everything does bot shift and break.
