Movers that were supposed to arrive at 9am finally arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon. In the meantime, a friend brought over two guys that did most of the work. When the movers arrived, one of the two people never set foot inside the apartment. He stood around downstairs the entire time. When we went to my storage to unload, the movers showed up a half hour later. They helped for a little while then decided to leave before the truck was emptied. I hired movers to keep myself from having to do too much lifting and to "get it done right". It was a disaster.

We were very happy happy with our 2 workers. They arrived at the apartment and worked quickly until the job was done. They were both very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact we spoke to the manager at the apartments and gave her some of the business cards from our hire a helpers. We would definitely call them again. Great job!

They were scheduled to move us into our house between 9:00 and 10:00 but called that morning to say they couldn't be there until 12:00. Then around 12:00 they called and said they couldn't be there until 3:00 but didn't show so at 3:30 my husband called them and they said they were on their way. They showed up at 4:00 and did a good job when they showed although they put a chip in the corner of a wall. Also my husband and I had unloaded a lot of it because we were afraid they weren't going to show. We paid for 4 hours and they were here for about 2 and half hours. If we could get some refund for this we would really appreciate it.

The workers showed up on time. They brought their own food and drinks as well as other equipment so I didn't have to rent a dolly. No furniture was damaged. We had a lot of heavy stuff but they did not complain or stop working. English was their first language and that certainly helped as the last move we did, there was a communication problem. You really need to be able to communicate when directing traffic while holding heavy furniture. If I ever move again, I will definitely want the same people.

They were on time and even worked an extra hours. Brian was very friendly and patient. He had 3 guys working, including himself. It was fast and efficient. Things were packed in the trailer tight, which is a good thing. The only reason I am not giving all 5 stars is toward the end it sort of felt like they were just tossing stuff in to be done, as opposed to still packing efficiently. But over, job well done :)
