There was a misunderstanding, they did not have the tools needed to do their job. I communicated they needed a dolly and straps. Ended up taking an hour longer due to the wait for tools which never came.

A text requesting information some may be repetitive but it’s for our records, to ensure the best possible service
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Once we arrive we will make contact. We will do a walkthrough to get the lay of the land and ask questions.

If we are loading please delineate what is going or priority items. If we are unloading please stick around so that we can ask questions.
