Johnny, the head guy, was great to work with over the phone. He was able to change our move dates twice because we had issues on the starting end of our move that caused us to fall behind by a couple days. On the actual date we were set to have them help us unload they called to see if they could come later because they were behind. We were fine with that but what was supposed to be by 4:00 ended up being around 6:30. When they got to our place one of the 3 was smoking while handling our stuff. We have allergies and cigarette smoke can really permeate whatever it comes in contact with. My husband asked him if he could not smoke while handling our stuff and he was understanding and put it out. One of the other guys reeked of B.O. so bad I had to try and stay as far away as I possibly could from him. This was not your average “hard work” B.O. I literally was gagging anytime he walked by or asked where a box went. When I placed our order online it asked how many flights of stairs we had and I put that we a two story home but any time I told them something needed to go upstairs they would get annoyed. When my husband would take the items to unload himself the one B.O. guy would throw his hands up in annoyance yet were complaing about the job and how tired they were the whole time. Also, they handed our 9 yo son his large flat screen tv to carry which I thought was unprofessional because he’s just a kid and could have easily dropped and broke it. Our son wanted to help but seriously, they could have given him something little and non brakable. The supervisor, Sean had a pleasant attitude and we had no issues with him; just the other two.

They were on time.
The job was very easy due to optimal packing, stacking and protection by theloading team on the front end of the move. Also there was a much easier access to new home compared to what loaders faced when loading. This unloading team could not have accomplished what the loading team did.
They were not overtly rude but were not friendly and the prevailing attitudes were a downer. The secondary helper was very careless with watching with belongings and watching out for walls and doors. He would attempt to do anything that you asked him to do but definitely needed supervision. He seemed not to be well with much snorting and nose sniffing and appeared to be just getting over a binge or a high and it was obvious that he cared only for struggling thru and being done with the job.
I would never use them again or reccommend them to others.

These guys were punctual. They exercised care with my furniture and they packed the pod using all space. They did an excellent job...highly recommended them.

The 2 guys that arrived to help were very nice but they were an hour late on arriving which was important because of the rain moving in. They did not know how to properly pack a pod and did not use the moving blankets unless my husband insisted and he was the one tying off the furniture because they didn't. I am really afraid for when we open the doors to the pods. I will not be using them again.

They were on time. Worked four hours with no break. Very polite and accommodating. Were able to assemble difficult items.

The workers showed on time and worked pretty go. About the only thing e didn't like was one of the guys dropped our couch in the front doorway and made a dent in the aluminum in the threshhold. Accidents do happen which this is a new house we moved into and we have a dent at our front door to remind us of what made that dent. Other than that they were ok to hire.
