The movers showed up on time, and that's about where the good news ended. They showed no identification, they had no proof they worked for the company we hired (other than they knew who we were and the address for the job), and they didn't seem professional in the least. I had high hopes as they jumped in right away and got started, but when they started taping our wood furniture with packing tape, I knew we had a problem. About an hour and a half into moving, I notified my husband that $50 was missing from my wallet that was in my purse, and shortly after that he checked his wallet and the $30 he had was gone as well. He confronted the movers, and of course they said they didn't do it. Since there was no other people in my house outside my family, I'm certain they stole the $80 we were planning to use to bless them with a tip. Also, since they were loading our property into PODS for short term storage, we have no idea what else may end up missing when we move into our new house in just under a week. As they loaded things into the truck, they turned all of our furniture upside down on the dollies where the top surfaces were in contact with the metal, and when they stacked furniture I found many dings and scratches. I saw several times that they were dragging mattresses and other items across the hardwood floors. I would highly recommend that you find another moving company as we were completely dissatisfied, confronted them about the issues, and were met with indifference about any of the issues we brought up. One of the movers even called his "boss" and had my husband talk to him, and even though he never set foot in my house, he "guaranteed me that his guys didn't take our money." There's no possible way for someone that never saw these guys to guarantee us anything about the moving experience. One of the guys begged us not to report the missing money because it would reflect poorly on his evaluations and he wouldn't get to work the high paying corporate moving jobs. We assured them that if they would return the money, none of this would be spoken about again, but they continued the charade that they weren't responsible for the $80 cash disappearing. After the damage I was able to see on my furniture and the missing money, I urge you to look elsewhere for moving labor help. There are way better options available.

These guys worked their tails off on a super hot day to get our moving trailer unloaded, PIANO INCLUDED. They took great care of our stuff and got the job done. They showed up when they said they would and I would definitely recommend them.

I vascilatated between three and four stars honestly. The fellows, I'm sorry I can't recall their names, arrived early and ready to work. They were nice guys and worked quickly, and with respect to my property.
I'd estimated four man hours to do the job (I grew up in the military so I'm no stranger to a move). Turns out I should have allotted five but that's on me...they did bust their humps for the time I reserved.
My only problem came after they left: since I still had more to load in the pod after their time ran out (which was essentially full when they left)...I found a huge amount of negative space left in the pod, perhaps 25-30 percent. I finished the job myself unloading somethings from the pod, rearranging, and after a bit getting the entire house into the pod that they left "full".
Bottom line...great guys but young perhaps in the moving field...pack tighter.
