They were on time even after getting the request that day. They followed instruction. The movers who packed the truck in NY did a terrible job and Utopia Movers who unpacked in VA did a great job unloading their mess. Utopia was a great help and professional.

Eric and Rick were great. They showed up early, ready to work, and after a quick walkthrough of the house, unloaded the moving truck with lightning efficiency. They problem solved the tight spaces, and took every precaution to make sure the furniture was handled carefully and walls/corners were not scratched. To add icing to a job well done, both of them were exceedingly polite and cheerful the entire time they were working. I really appreciated their help moving. Call Utopia Movers and ask for these two! (If you need more convincing, know that Roderick, the supervisor/manager for Utopia that I worked with, was also very professional and did everything to accommodate my scheduling changes.)
