I needed to move a baby grand piano inside my home to a different room and up a half flight of stairs. Also I wanted all our furniture that was stored in the garage to be moved back inside but first I asked the movers to cut a place felt pads on the bottom of each piece to protect our new wood floors. So you can see I had a lot of needs. The crew was friendly and efficient and did everything I asked. Perhaps the most impressive thing was the care they used in the "engineering feat" of moving our heavy and large piano up seven stairs without damaging our new wood floors. They were very patient and careful the took many precautions not to cause damage. Thank you so much Johnny B!

They were 3 hours late and then rushed through loading everything. Ended up filling my POD with bags that should have been in the trash (old papers, clothes for donation) instead of my dining room table!!!

Johnny B and his helper loaded two moving cubes for me last week and did a fantastic job.
The cube arrived several hours later than sched, and Johnny showed some flexibility by moving his start time. They had all their own moving tools, packing was done well, they pushed hard and finished in about 3 1/2 hrs, about 1/2 hr earlier than expected...to show my thanks, i paid out the full 4 hrs i'd book.
Wish every company provided this level of service.
