Mr. Man Moving Service provides several manual moving labor services in Orange County,Los Angeles county, and Ventura county. Mr Man has been moving and relocating families for 15 years all over the USA. Mr Man is aware that moving is stressful and is here to take the stress away and make your move go as smooth as possible. We are up and running through the covid-19 crisis. We wear face masks and gloves to every job. Mr Man provides professionally pack/unpack, load/unload services, drive both local and long distance to any location. Just fee free to call and ask for quote. Mr Man does residential and commercial moving. Mr Man and his family of employees are a solid team and honest, hardworking, reliable men, and treat each piece of your furniture as if it were our very own. Mr Man does all his moves and will be there to do any of the work related to your move. It will be up to you to rent or purchase whatever else you believe is important to your move from (truck, blankets, packing materials, etc.). I can provide some things as well upon booking. With our Hourly Rates, you control how much work you want us to do for you. Mr Man can normally work up to 12 hours a day and you can send us home whenever you would like.

This is a negative review primarily for the team leader, Brian. The other 2 helpers were highly professional, kind, and helpful.
I hired 3 movers for 3 hours to help move me out of my apartment and load a POD. I had a 4-hour window to load the POD, 730AM-1130AM. I am a single mother and had no other help with moving. The team leader, Brian, contacted me at 830pm the night before and asked if he could come later so he could "sleep in." I said no, that I only had a 4-hour window and he said "ok, let me know when the POD arrives and I will leave my house." I obliged him and did so, but I found this call to be highly unprofessional and caused me undue stress. The POD arrived at 745 AM and the movers arrived at 845AM. When they pulled up I looked off my balcony and saw Brian getting dressed in the street. When he entered my apartment I had to ask him to put on a mask, which he did not have, so he pulled his shirt up over his face. I had sold a stackable washer, couch, and bunk bed and had arranged for pickup during the moving window so that the movers could assist. I live on a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator and there was no way I would be able to move those items out with just the help of the person purchasing them from me. When I informed Brian that those items would not be going on the POD and would be going on other trucks of people picking them up, he was very rude, loud, and said "I am not touching that bed! If people are buying it from you it is there job to move it out!" I had to disassemble the bed and move it out myself with the help of the buyer. The other guys assisted with the couch and the washer while Brian berated them, saying "hey why are you doing that - we have a job to do! I hope that guy is paying you and that is my dolly so I should get a cut" I could hear him yelling on the street from inside my apartment. We barely finished loading the POD by 1145AM and had no wiggle room because the movers arrived late so he could "sleep in."
I have moved 4 times in the last 4 years and I have never had an experience like this. If I am paying movers by the hour, what difference does it make where they move the items - if they move them to the curb or on a POD? I hired them to help me get my belongings out of my apartment. Brian was completely unprofessional and rude. Moving sucks enough as it is, and he made it suck even more for me. I was uncomfortable with him from the very start, but I had a POD coming for a small window and had to get out of my apartment, so I unfortunately had to quietly tolerate him, instead of sending him away when he arrived - which is what I really wanted to do.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
