I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with our service. In response to the issues that you had: Yes, we were probably moving a little slower than normal that day. It was very hot out, and we were carrying your heavy boxes and furniture up 3 flights of stairs. You only hired 2 guys for a job that should have probably required 4 guys. The more stairs involved in your move, the longer the job is going to take. We did NOT push your sofa up the stairs. We did carry it up. However, the narrow landing was not long enough to support the turn of the extra long sofa with motorized recliners on both ends. So we did have to stand it up on end to maneuver around the landing on each floor. We did not use a blanket to pad the sofa against the concrete landing (and that was our fault) because the sofa came out of the truck with ground and dust and hay on it (as if it was stored in a barn). We actually swept the dirt off of it before carrying it up as a courtesy. But I will admit, we should have padded the ground no matter what shape the sofa was in. I do apologize for that. As far as asking where you wanted the boxes, yes they were labeled. But when we started putting the boxes labeled "kitchen" in the kitchen, we were asked to put them in the living room so that you had space to move around in the kitchen. And when we started putting boxes labeled "bedroom" in the bedroom, you asked us to just drop them in the middle of the living room and you would take them from there. So that is why we started asking where you would like us to put the boxes. And at one point, you decided to switch the contents of the 2 bedrooms, and had us move things a second time. That is where the extra half hour went to in case you forgot. We could have left after the 2 hours were up, but you asked us to stay and rearrange things. We will always do what the customer asks us to do. My apologies again that we did not meet your expectations.
