They did an excellent job with packing our rented Penske truck. They did a great job using the furniture pads that we rented and nothing was damaged during transit. Only complaint is that they had trouble finding the location and we’re late since instructions that were given to their coordinator weren’t relayed to the helpers.

Everything was packed perfectly in my pod and they somehow managed to squeeze all of it in without breaking anything. Doug and the crew are amazing. They emptied a full size POD super fast and without one ding in any walls or one scratch on wood floors. They were here right when they said they would be, very friendly, very professional. If I ever need to move again, I'm calling Doug for sure.

They were very efficient, friendly, and polite. We hired them to help finish packing our UPack ReloCube, and they did a great job of that. In fact, they went above and beyond - they helped repack it, significantly improving how many cubic feet we could fit in. We would use them again in a heartbeat if we were still in the area.
