They did an outstanding job of loading my things, as well as packing large items. They were on time, and totally prepared to do an excellent job. Everything was secured in the container, although I don't know they made it all fit, but they are truly exceptional, committed to excellence and professional. Their major concern was my belongings and my satisfaction, and they went to great lengths to ensure that was achieved! Working with Q was a pure delight! Would definitely use their services again, and have already recommended them to neighbors!

My job was to move contents of a 16' PackRat container into a downstairs apartment. "Q" and Kenny called an hour before they were due, commented that it was raining heavily, and asked if I would want them to come later - I thanked them for being thoughtful, and scheduled the appointment 2 hours later. They showed up ahead of schedule, adeptly worked their butts off carefully and quickly moving our items. No damage - quick and efficient. Very friendly and competent.
Overall an outstanding day - I would highly recommend them, and plan on using them when we move into our new house.

Despite the rotten weather that popped up the day of the move, these guys hustled! They were prompt and communicated well prior to the job. They were fantastic and managed to arrange our property into a storage container that seemed impossible. I would recommend them to others and would use them again.

Basik Movers were phenomenal. I had no issues contacting them. They showed up at my house on time and were communicative before hand. The price was great compared to some of their competitors.
They were both friendly and professional and boy did they pack the pod well! We were worried that not everything would fit due to an oversized sofa couch (that I wasn't terribly fond of anyway) but somehow it all fit perfectly.
They're probably insanely good at Tetris.
10/10 would recommend.

Excellent experience. Would recommend and use again with no hesitation. Packed everything quickly and efficiently. Space was tight, but with their experience and expertise in the trade was able to get it all packed.

Basik movers were GREAT! They came to the rescue and moved us from the 3rd floor to a storage unit on site when our other company Brantley Movers did not show up. Kenny, Q and Omari were on time, friendly and very professional! They also moved all our furniture very quick and they efficiently packed our storage unit.
I would highly recommend them for your moving needs and I would personally use them again if needed!

They arrive a little tardy, but Atlanta traffic is always so unpredictable, but I did receive a courtesy call projecting their ETA. Very polite and apologized for the tardiness and got busy, I had a few concerns about the storage box I purchased, since I had mostly boxes and didn't want problems, he took the time to explain how the items would be packed to eliminate to much shifting when they pick up and transport the storage box. The job was done efficiently, they cleaned up and it took I would have to say a little less than the two hours I paid for. I would definitely recommend Hire A Helper.
