My helpers, Trey and Jason arrived on time. They were patient and understanding. It was a very hot day and we had a three hour delay. However, once the storage POD arrived they carefully packed everything from the storage locker into the POD. I'm absolutely thrilled that they were able to stay until the job was done. They were very respectful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you

The two gentlemen that came were on time and finished on time. They did a good job. The PROBLEM was Mr. Kirby and his customer service people. First, a tip is not required and is no business of Mr. Kirby. Second, I received a text later Sat. evening from one of the men telling me they had been fired due to what I said about the work. Third, I said nothing about the job they did. I told the customer service lady that they did a good job but I was in the middle of finishing loading the truck and could not talk but she could call me back later. She took it, as they did not finish the job. I was only having them move the BIG items and we were finishing the rest and was on a tight schedule needing to get the truck 4hrs away to be unloaded. I called to release the payment and they payment released for the job in the evening and I saw this by the text that I received so I called to get the correct payment released. Mr. Kirby took it as the guys worked off the clock due to the time they finished and the time payment was released. I called Mr. Kirby after I received the text from the guy and explained everything to him. We ask me about tipping them. Then he wanted me to forward the text from the guy to him. When I told him I did not know how to do that. I called him back with the phone number and he said " let me find pen and paper since you do not know technology. Then he said give me a credit card number for a tip and I will put it on their pay check. Tipping is neither a requirement nor any of his business. He is very unprofessional and rude. I WOULD NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM DUE TO HIM NOT THE WORKERS.

Though the movers for this company were nice and personable, they were quite lazy and complained a great deal about....well moving! If you can deal with movers spending much of the allotted time "figuring out how to pack you stuff in container/truck", needing to charge their phone in your home and complaining about the weight of your stuff, go for it. They were late and lost coming to my home. Had to meet them to follow me back. They were prepared in that they brought a toolbox (who knows why) but weren't prepared to move anything. My tv cabinet door was broken and they blamed the way it was packed. I will not use this company again. They were such a complaining nightmare, they left 20 mins EARLY!!!

The two young men ( Trey and Gus) from UCall & IHaul Moving-Cleaning Service were hired to unload my daughter's moving truck. They were great !
They were exactly on time, & very prepared. They worked very hard as the truck was so big it could not pull up to the building's freight elevator entrance. So they had to trudge back and forth across the parking area and lug stuff up the elevator to the 6th floor.
They were very respectful and took good care of all of my daughter's belongings. I would definitely use their service again.

They did a great job unloading my 26 foot truck in about 2.5 hours with just 2 guys. I was thoroughly amazed. So I would definitely call them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing loading and unloading assistance.

The moving company was wonderful! They arrived on time and came with all the tools necessary to make the move easy. The 3 workers worked hard the entire time they were there even though it was raining at the beginning and then the sun came out making it hot and humid. They loaded our 26 foot truck packing it tight and making sure to be careful of our more delicate items. They worked hard to make sure everything fit as we were running out of room. They never took a break in the 4 hrs they were there. We appreciated all their hard work! They made our move much less stressful! I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The supervisor, Emanuel was right on time, however, he had some troubles getting other workers to show up to help him unload. They finally came and got the job done. We thought they did a good job, but Emanuel was super. He kept us informed and even helped some before the others came. He deserves all the praise.

The crew of 3 was on time; they were prepared and began the job after clarifying some directions. They worked steadily and were consistent. They treated my belongings with respect and I would use them again.

These guys did a great job! Very friendly, professional, and fast! I booked 3 guys for 3 hours and they were done with the move in 2 1/2. They spent the last 30 minutes helping us put beds and dresser drawers together. All of our belongings made it into the house in the proper rooms safe and sound. I would definitely use UCall and IHaul again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
