I had an amazing experience with K and Jose today! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They handled everything with care and made what could have been a stressful moving day feel smooth and stress-free.
K and Jose worked quickly but never rushed—every box, piece of furniture, and fragile item was treated with respect and attention. They communicated clearly, asked the right questions, and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it.

The 2 staff members were great! Very friendly and efficient. My disabled husband feel and they jumped to get him up and back in his rolling walker. Brady and his staff on the phone was very professional even though there was a misunderstanding with the time, and an accident on the freeway they kept me informed and got the job done. I would highly recommend ??.

Were they on time? NO!!! THEY WERE OVER 2.5 HOURS LATE!!!
Were they prepared for the job? NO!!! ONE OF THEM SMELLED OF WEED AND WAS SO HIGH HIS EYES WERE BARELY OPEN
Did they work hard? Not really. I emptied 95% of the container. They only had to move 6 pieces of furniture and a mattress. The mattress was the only difficult item to move upstairs. They were done in 40 minutes.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? I will state that they were pleasant, young men and they were respectful; however, he tripped over the stairs (I think because he was high and not paying attention) and broke a piece of furniture. Neither one of them offered to do anything about that.
Would you use them again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Unacceptable to arrive that late. Unacceptable to be arrive high on pot. Unacceptable to not know how to put a bed frame together.
