They called and tried to reschedule at 9:30 PM the night before, when I didn’t answer and called back the next morning (day of the move), they said they went ahead and moved my appointment that was confirmed 3 weeks prior to a later time, pushing our out of state move back 3 hours back. Guys were great that came day of but supervisor and management were not helpful.
