The staff was friendly enough however they did NOT use the supplies we provided to them in order to protect our belongings. We provided plastic wrap (this they used for SOME of the items) we provided rope and they didn't use any of it, we provided dozens and dozens of moving pads and they used only a few. We had to get them to unpack some items at the end in order to wrap them as that was all we could see and knew about. Their lack of care for our items ended up damaging our 1 year old dining table as well as completely breaking our 1 year old media center.
Like I said the crew was friendly and they did repack a few things when we directly asked them to but honestly...we shouldn't have had to tell them to wrap each piece of our furniture.
Sadly, we can't recommend this company from our experience. We just completed filing a claim so hopefully they will make it right.

Great customer service
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customer will receive a 24 hr in advance to confirm..... Customer will receive a 30 min courtesy call day of move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customer should always have the secondary location ready. Customer should have as much packed unless we're hired to pack
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved from the Midwest to both coast. No JOB TO BIG OR SMALL

All Elite movers have extensive background in moving...all movers have a pre employment safety test
