Although they were a bit late and hadn't called ahead to say they were running late, once they got there, they got to work right away and worked as hard as can be. They were very easy to work with and did not shy away from tackling any part of the job. We really appreciated their help and would use them again.

They did an amazing job unloading our truck in record time, listening to where we wanted things and everything ended up exactly where it was supposed to be. They handled all furniture with care and were strong enough to even carry our heavy and more difficult things. We highly recommend them!

I arranged to have Master Movers at 11am. They called the day before and said they would be there at 3:30pm. I told them they were confirmed for 11am. We renegotiated for 1pm. They did not show. Finally 2 mend showed up around 2:50p. They were polite and worked very hard. However, they did not have the furniture covers or tools. My mattresses ended up dirty and there were a couple of scratches on furniture. I felt bad for these two men as this was overtime for them, however as a customer, I did not get the service I requested.

Here is the review I posted on "Yelp": "The movers showed up 45 minutes late. We were scheduled to move a one bedroom apartment. One of the movers spent most of the day vomiting in the grass because he was so out of shape he couldn't handle walking up and down a flight of stairs. A move that was supposed to take 2 hours got stretched to 6 hours and I ended up having to do the work of the second mover and still had to pay him. If you want to move yourself but pay other people to do it for you then maybe you should hire these guys otherwise stay away." I am not as angry now as I was Sunday morning when I posted this, it was, after all a hot and humid day, and we were all having problems. But to take up the slack for someone I was paying to be there but was not working, just sitting on the grass, still pisses me off..

Jeff and Marshall of Masters Moving were excellent professionals. They were punctual and prepared and never waivered in their effort, even in the intense July heat. They did a careful job of moving my belongings. I will definitely hire them again.

These guys were great!! The Masters Moving guys got here on time, went right to work and didn't stop till they were done. They did a great job utilizing & maximizing the space in my moving pods. Would definitely recommend and use again!
