These guys are the worst. Called an hour before they were supposed to be there and said a car got stolen and that his guy was needing to file a report. So I said ok when can you be here, he says don't know. So at 11am I call and he was sleeping and said he was canceling. I had to scramble and get hire a helper to find another crew for me, they did. So DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT TO MOVE ON TIME.

They were complaining about the job from the time they started, until they finished. The lead guy worked very hard packing our stuff. The helper kept running inside my house to the bathroom, at least 4 times, 5-10 minutes each time. And they promptly left at the 3 hour mark. I feel they should have put in another 20 minutes to make up for the bathroom breaks.

The main John (both guys were named John), was very rude and insultingly belittling. He immediately accused me of having more than two hours worth of items, and said, “I can tell by the expression on your face that you have no intention on paying ‘me’ for more than two hours; so, that’s all I plan to work. I asked him if they could just put the big items in the truck and I would do the rest. He was complaining the whole time (e.g. my king sized mattress topper was rolled up, and he mentioned how he didn’t even like bedding)—it was an incredibly odd remark as he was just *****ing and swearing about everything! When he kicked a box in the garage, I told him to leave if he’s going to abuse my stuff. He responded by stating, “It’s just a f …ing empty box.” I told him it didn’t matter because it was still my stuff. He repeated the same phrase very loudly multiple times as he was loading his equipment (and throwing his own equipment violently in the road): “it was just a f…ing empty box.” Which made my neighbors come over to check if I was okay because they heard this man yelling and swearing at me. I lost it and started to cry as it frightened me. I have never been in such a situation before. The other John was very professional and respectful, and I had thanked him for being so.

John and John were here for a half hour longer than estimated but I have absolutely no problem with that. They did things for me that I was not expecting and handled our belongings like it was theirs. I asked them if they wanted a break and their was reply was that they'll take one when they were finished. Great job, thanks guys!!!
