I reached out 3 weeks before and confirmed our appointment for 3 movers to arrive between 700a and 800a. I texted the day before the move and was told that everything was in order. Received call 20 minutes prior indicating that they would be running at least 30 minutes late and they were having trouble locating a 3rd crew member and did not know when they would arrive. Excuses were made regarding getting home late the night before and that members of the crew were not answering the phone.
I contacted HireAHelper customer service who also tried to contact the service provider but was unable. HireAHelper was able to find a different, crew on 1 hour notice who arrived quickly and did a great job. HireAHelper was great, but I cannot recommend the unprofessional service and no-show from Efficient Movers.
It was 730 when i first called. Then i pulled up at 830 and called. So glad you got it loaded, This want stop nothing.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
