The day before the move, we got a phone call from the company saying they were under staffed. Instead of 3 movers for 2 hours, we would get 2 movers for 3 hours.
The 2 that showed up were a big guy and stocky woman. They showed up on time. These 2 we're very nice. However, the woman had some issues keeping up and mentioned her bad knee several times. Almost 2 hours into the move, all they brought down was 1 sectional, 1 King sized bed, dresser, chest, mattress, and tv stand. THAT'S IT!
Kitchen, dining room, living room, bathrooms, and 2nd bedroom are still there in my apartment.
I now have to hire another team and another truck.
All I had was a 2 bedroom apartment.
I still tipped movers but I will never hire again. Very disappointed.

These guys care about what they do. They don’t just blindly follow directions, but make their own plan to ensure the move goes smoothly. I can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Showed up on time. Lack of experience was visible right away from the several members of the team. Had to help them out myself or some things would have been dropped while taken down the stairs. Several pieces of furniture were handled poorly resulting in damage (hitting the headboard and baseboard of the bed on the wall on the way down the stairs). More damage to corners and edges of the bedroom set were found once unloaded at the new location. Thankful I’ve wrapped the leather living room set or I can only imagine the damage it would have. Couch/loveseat/chair we’re slid on their sides on the concrete floor. Overall, not happy with the service. I’ve moved several times over the last few years and this has been the most damaging move by far. Would not recommend or use again.

Jeremy and Donald were great. They met me at the storage facility I am using, arriving on time and ready to work. I had some boxes and items that I wanted located at the front of the storage unit so I could easily access them and they worked with me without complaint as I identified those items. I also asked that they put all the kitchen items on one side, which they did, leaving a bit of an aisle for easier access. They worked steadily and got the job completed quickly, including sweeping out the trailer. Jeremy even assisted with opening the locks on the trailer and storage unit. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had 2 guys for 2 hours. My home was a 2 story/ 4 bedrooms. One guy loaded the truck while the other gathered the boxes. My husband and I helped since it was taking a long time. I feel it would have been much faster if they were both gathering boxes and loading. They got quite a bit on but said they couldn't fit a bunch of our stuff so after they left my husband had to go back and reorganize stuff and he fit everything on the truck. I was disappointed with the service we got and would not hire them again.
