These guys drove a long way to help us and they still ended up on time. The move ended up being more than the truck could handle but they got the rest to fit in a small 6 X 12 trailer. Outstanding job!

They showed up, but did not look professional at all. They were nice guys but there is a certain look that one should have even when moving furniture in the hot sun.
My major problem was with my sofas. I requested that they wrap my sofa and love seat in plastic to ensure that they were not stained or damaged in the moving process. My sofas are tan colored, and as we all know, this color is very easily stained if not handled properly. They stated that they would be unable to carry the sofa if wrapped up, removed the plastic covering I had on there, and preceded to take the couch downstairs. During their movements, the placed the tan sofa directly on the concrete with the pillows and materials touching the ground. As a result, my sofa has black dirt stains on it. I became highly upset. Once they noticed the stains, they preceded to wrap up the love seat - IN THE PLASTIC WITH WHICH THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT CARRY IT - and took it downstairs with no problems. So, at this point, they had damaged my sofa and contradicted themselves on what they said they could and could not do. Had they listened to me from the beginning, the sofa would not have been stained at all. I then called their manager, Derrick, who seemed to try and make excuses but in the end said he would take care of the costs of cleaning and removing the stains from my sofa, but he also asked me for pictures.
I sent him the pictures, and his response was where I could go to get cleaner, and how little it would cost me to fix it. So, like his employees, he lied in saying that he would take care of the costs for the damage. I am still, highly pissed and upset about this seeing as though I paid these guys almost $200 and my sofas were damaged and still have not yet been fixed. I don't feel like they respected my requests or my property, and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Beware and be careful if you decide to hire them!

They were about an hour late, did not have the shrink wrap I had requested, one of them kept texting while meandering about, got black marks on the bottom and dirt on the top of a NEW queen mattress, and damaged a few other pieces of furniture. Zack worked like a champ and was very courteous. Overall, disappointed with the process..

On Call Movers were great. The team sent out to my house were great at communicating what time they would arrive etc. Once the team arrived very courteous and cautious with my furniture. They took great care in making sure items were wrapped properly. I'm amazed at how well they could pack so much stuff into the POD containers. They completed the job in half of the time scheduled. They team returned a few days later to complete the second container. Great to work and will highly recommend.

SHOWED UP LATE LEFT EARLY :( :( PAID FOR EIGHT HOUR'S SHOWED UP AFTER 2 PM LEFT BEFORE 9 PM DAMAGED FRIDGE TRYING TO GET IT TO FIT INTO THE NEW HOUSE.

I'm sure they are nice guys, but they didn't show up to our unloading job, despite calling to confirm after booking. When I called them, they said that I had called and cancelled. I certainly did not. Fortunately, HireaHelper.com found a great team to come out a few hours later (Ranger Moving) and gave us a discount. So all around, we ended up being better off.
