This service was way over the original budget for unloading two PODS. I paid $250 to move the sellers’ piano downstairs and they were unable to do it. I still had to pay for it plus the extra time it took to figure out and attempt to move it. Stairwell was damaged and they are repairing it.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry they guys were not able to accomplish the piano move for you but honestly it was an impossible move and needs to be lifted with machinery out of the house. I wish you would’ve let us know that the previous owners told you that there was no way to get the piano out without damaging the walls or the railing because then we would’ve never attempted to move it. Once again we’re really sorry that things did not go as you had planned for them.

The movers loaded our stuff into two PODS and were so helpful, even moved some heavy potted plants. I only wish they were able to unload our things the next day since they took furniture apart and would have known how to quickly put it together.
