Very unprofessional , not on time unprepared.
Everything was packed up and ready to go I paid for three hours 45 minutes was in traffic they took my mattress and LEFT my boxspring ,took the top of my table and left the legs......I ended up having to get other people to help me Finish moving with some professional and I would NEVER USE CORTEZ's hand

Marcus and James were great. They worked hard unloading our storage pods on a hot summer day. They didn't even take a break! They were fast, efficient, courteous, and respectful. Thanks guys!
One thing that impressed us was, once we place the order the night before we needed help, we received a phone call from Cortez within 5 minutes to confirm our address and the time we needed assistance. I never expected to get a call that quickly or that late. The next day, I got another call from Marcus asking if our pods had arrived yet and we narrowed down a specific time for them to arrive. They came right on time just as promised which was very much appreciated.
Given this experience, We would definitely use them again.

They called us to see if they could come early and we said yes. They came in introduced them self to us and they started working. We started to help them and they told us to sit down they will take care of it. They were very respectful. They can pack a trailer up real good took care of all of my items. We had a two bedroom apartment it was done in 1 1/2 hrs. They were fast, friendly and good movers. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a very positive experience with Cortez's Helping Hands. They provided excellent value for the very competitive rate they charged and I will definitely use them again.
I requested two helpers. Cortez arrived with an assistant. They were on time, came ready to work and were respectful of my belongings. They carefully transferred my furniture from a 2nd floor apartment and skillfully wrapped and packed it into a U-haul truck. Clearly they had experience properly loading a truck and were able to make the most of the space available.
They were friendly, efficient and worked hard the entire 4 hours for which I had contracted them. I recommend Cortez's Helping Hands.
