Worked really hard and super nice guys. Except they broke bottom of my dresser. Just found when I unloaded.
We’re sorry to hear about the damage to your dresser. If it was something that happened during our handling, we truly apologize. However, due to the truck malfunction and the fact that the contents were later reloaded either by you or another crew, it’s difficult to confirm when the damage occurred. If it had happened during our portion of the move, it likely would’ve been noticed during the transfer process.

Great experience today from Cortez’s Helping Hands!
I hired two helpers for two hours to unpack my pod. They were very professional, friendly, arrived on time (actually early), and worked non-stop unloading my PackRat Pod. Everything was carefully placed in the rooms marked on the boxes and they asked where to put the boxes and items if not marked.
They finished on time and we were totally satisfied. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Cortez’s again for our next move!
