What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once a customer has selected us to be there service provider they are contacted shortly after booking via text message. The text message will ask for detail information about your job order as well as provide you a point of contact.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day customer are contacted 30 to 60 minutes prior to arrival time with ETA. Crew members will then arrive to your chosen location and confirm with the point of contact job details prior to completing any services. After services are provided we will ensure all needs are met before leaving job site.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day please provide a clear work path for your helpers, and make sure pets and small children are out of harms way from heavy items. Please have packed boxes closed and sealed to ensure proper loading. Also please make helpers away of any specialty items that need to be handled with care.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience moving local, long distance, office moves, complete relocation, home staging, internal moves, designer services, packing, unpacking, and specialty crating. We also are qualified and have the equipment to move safes and pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of moving is meeting new people everyday. We love the fact that people trust us in their homes and with sentimental items. Its a joy to hear their life stories and how they came to the current point in their lives. We also enjoy reconnecting with repeat customers and seeing how they have progressed. We consider it an honor that they trust us to assist them to their next milestone.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach our crew how to safely move items. We teach them how to properly wrap furniture, glass, and specialty items. Each team member is well trained in using dollies and hand trucks. The Elite members of our crew are well versed in all aspects of moving from loading, unloading, packing, and securing the load for safe shipment.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
