They were an hour and a half late and showed up with 3 people. We were supposed to have (4) movers for (4) hours. One of the (3) people stood inside the pod most of the day and just placed furniture so we essentially had (2) movers. They were ridiculously slow and my husband and son had to jump in and start moving. They finally got a fourth person there much later in the day. Way beyond the 4 hours they should have been there. We hired movers so we didn’t have to move. Would NOT recommend them and would NEVER use them again!
We are very sorry that you were not happy with your service. We were hired to load 3 - 16ft containers. One of the containers was resting on an incline which prevented anything from being able to set directly outside the container or inside without being harnessed. There were also many things that needed to be carried or carted a significant distance. These are the mitigating factors that extended the hrs for your job. The estimate 4 hrs to complete that job is not accurate. We continued to load even after you added a 26 ft. truck to your order. The crew worked vigorously to complete this very large job. It is standard and more efficient to have a crew member stowing the load while the remaining crew members deliver the appropriate items to maximize space in a container. I hope this will give you insight into why your job hrs were extensive.

Showed up pretty close to on time. Job started to get longer than I think it should have taken. And that was with my son and me helping.
