I booked 4 guys for a big job that was a 4-6 hour job. Only 3 came and it took 9.5 hours. Due to the length of time and bad packing we ran out of storage space at a time where Uhaul was closed. Boxes were in storage but furniture was left on the truck. Bad packing!!! My wife and I had to take the truck home, come back the next morning, rent more space and unload the rest of the furniture ourselves. If they had left boxes out instead it would have been easier. Would never hire this company again! The only reason I did not give them a 1 is that the owner adjusted the price to a 4 man 6 hour job that it should have been.
