J & L Movers are awesome! These guys showed up on time and did way more than I expected being that we had a very short deadline to meet with moving out of our house. They made sure that every thing was done to our satisfaction before they left. I highly recommed J & L Movers.

Our appointment had to be rescheduled because of bad weather across Atlanta (my shipment didn’t arrive for them to move), and J&L had responsive clear communication with me while we changed plans. When it came time for the move they made sure to use the right equipment to protect my house and yard, and were complete quickly and cleanly. Definitely would use again!

Overall they did a good job. I requested they arrive between 11-12. They called at 12 to let us know there ETA. They arrived at 1:30. It was a small moving job and we had most everything staged we the got there. So we only needed them for 3 hours instead of 4. Ira and Albert were friendly and courteous.

I requested a packing of goods and loading of a POD. They arrived on time except they did not have needed packing materials like tape, wrapping supplies and tie downs to secure the load in the POD. They did agree to return and secure the load after they had departed however it would not be until thw next morning which would have been fine since the POD pick up was not scheduled until tht afternoon. They arrived late and we had to cancel the truck for that day. They did secure the load for an additional fee. The delayed pick up pushed back the arrival, which means additional hotel expense for me. I do not recommend this company. Too many unforced errors.

Service requests issued via hireahelper.com do not offer pricing for materials or information regarding packing servives. Pricing for materials can only be accessed directly from J&L Movers. The note on your order to include an unspecified number of boxes and tape was not properly addressed with a follow up phone call and we have accepted full responsibility by reorganizing several boxes in the container immediately after we were notified at no additional fee.
