The crew was awesome. They showed up on time and came with the right equipment for the job. They handled all my goods with care and work hard non-stop until everything was unloaded and put away in our storage unit. They were professional, courteous, and respectful. J&L called to confirm moving time 2 days in advance, and offered to move earlier if we needed to, or to flex if things changed.
While they were delayed on original time, they communicated it (car & traffic - unavoidable) more than once.
They were very courteous, prepared, efficient. They wrapped everything that needed protection - and secured it in the pod.

this crew was great. They were on time and prepared to work. They spent a good amount of time ensuring the storage trailer was packed efficiently to get the most use of it. I wasn't sure everything would fit but it did and with room to spare.They took good care of the furniture and would definitely use them again.

Sorry to say I expecting the worst do to previous move. My daughter sujested your service so I had her to book everything. The guys at j&l are amazing they where quick, knew what they where doing and very careful with my furniture. 7 stars if possible. Very very pleased.

The workers who packed our items were extremely professional. They were prompt and efficient. Each item was handled carefully and creatively to get in as many items as possible. The job was done exceedingly fast. Many more items were put on the Pack Rat than we thought was possible. Items were stacked safely and securely and our opinion was always asked on things. My husband and I were definitely impressed with their concern, flexibility, and also efficient use of time. We definitely would use Hire A Helper. Thanks for being one of the best choices we made in our recent move process. We're still storing our Pack Rat, but feel that is adequately being taken care of and will work well for us until we arrive at our permanent dwelling.
