Had to relocate for a new job opportunity and was forced to move quickly. The team that OC and Bull sent out to help me load my U-Haul was super kind and ridiculously hard working. They followed instructions to a tee and if they weren’t sure on something they would ask. They took great care with my things and packed the U-Haul like superstars. Super grateful and happy.

I paid $665 for 2 men for 3 hours. They were supposed to be the elite team coming with some equipment. They arrived late with nothing but themselves -- 5 men piled out of a pickup. They claimed that I was getting a good deal with the 3 extra men. I made it clear, and my neighbors both made it clear, that due to known problems at the off loading (including a time limit at the storage unit after the next day's 9 hour drive), I needed storage items in first, then the house items, then the furniture (not many pieces). I provided cloth covers for the few nice pieces of furniture I own. The cloths were never even unfolded. Noting was covered. I have a photo of damage. They put the furniture in the middle. They managed to mix the storage (even marked) boxes with the house boxes. They were rude. They announced, "See, not even 2 hours," when they were done. Off loading was a nightmare; I do NOT recommend this service.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

Local [yes] long distance [yes] commercial [yes] dorm room relocation [collegiate living - whole dorm]
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
