We unloaded a 16’ container within one hour, they put everything where I asked them too and double check with me as well to make sure they had everything was in the right place.

Both of the men were very attentive and careful about performing their duties. They were timely and professional. Kenny in particular has attention to detail and sincerely cares about his clients needs. He is an asset to the company he works for.

Movers were on time. Very polite. I rent a POD container and I was told the movers specialize in loading POD container. NOT SO!! They started opening my boxes taken the items out and truly tossing them in the container. I became aware of this when I look out the window and notice 6 ex large boxes were open and on the ground. They did not ask me if they could open the boxes. Then I had to guide them in how to pack the container still leaving 3 bar stools and queen size box spring. I’m afraid that when my POD container reach my destination I pray my items would not be broken. I do not know what was in the open boxes that they toss into the POD container. One box had clothes and they toss my clothing and I yell “is that clothing “ the guy said “it’s just some jeans” as if that was okay too toss.
My recommendation DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BAD JOB and no KNOWLEDGE of packing POD Container. For this non- professional job cost me over $500-USD

Workers smelled like they had been "smoking"when they arrived but time did not allow for seeking alternatives movets. To my surprise they kept working non-stop till the work was complete. My greatest complaint is that although I provided blankets for padding/protection for wood furniture, upon unpacking the container I discovered heirloom furniture stacked on top of dining room table without any blankets between the two to avoid finish scratches and the blankets were put into the container as a separate item.
Some items were stacked into pod in a thoughtful and orderly manner; some not so. They did make sure that the bulky/heavy stuff was loaded for me, leaving me to finish moving boxes on my own after the prepaid time expired. Time extension was requested but dismissed. With more oversight given to their work there may be a 40% chance I would use again, but only if in a pinch.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
