We hired through Hire-A-Helper which we used previously with great results for our most recent move. This specific review I'm writing pertains to their Vendor, Protect the Nest.
Protect the Nest was the third Vendor that Hire-A-Helper tried to engage to unload our 26' Uhaul Truck that we drove to our new home.
The unload started off rocky with no one showing up at scheduled time. We waited an extra hour in hopes until trying to contact Protect the Nest. Left VM and the proceeded to call Hire-A-Helper for assistance. Phillip at HAH was very helpful and concerned. He promptly contacted the PTN Owner and arrangements were made to have help available shortly after lunch. We appreciate that both firms worked together to make this happen.
We had text messages from each of the 2 Young Men and the Owner of PTN giving us an ETA to expect. Wonderful!!!
DeVonte' & Bryce showed up as expected and immediately went to work. The nice thing was although it was clear they had not worked together in the past, they developed a plan that made them become a force in action! They took our instructions cheerfully and worked straight through for 3 hours to unload a fully packed truck. No complaints, some laughs and all smiles. It was great! We are so thankful for PTN stepping up and helping us.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer can expect a call and text for us after booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, customer should expect the team lead of moving team to give them a call with an ETA once they have coordinated with the team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items packed and if possible labled. At the very least boxes should be packed and dressers emptied.
