The Movers Raymond and his helper was awesome they were on time. They listen to my needs and the way I wanted things pack and they delivered. The gentleman were very peaceful and polite and just moved with ease. Even though I had supplies they brought their own supplies as well. I did not think all my belongings would fit in the pod, but they ensured everything would fit and it did perfectly. They moved and packed everything so perfect and I still have room available. Thank you Protect the Nest you guys did a fantastic job and I would definitely use them again and refer them to others, Job Well Done!!!??????????

This group was great. They came prepared to work, with proper tools for the job. They came in early and under the timeline paid for which is a great indicator that they were about getting the job done. I did not have to give them a rah rah speech or anything. Very professional.

They did a great job, moved a completely filled 16 ft pod in about 3 hours! Communicated well and were very helpful.

Very unacceptable, loaders were nice but arrived with improper equipment (little hand truck dolly with flat wheel) so they struggled loading the pod. They also said they ran out of shrink wrap so used all of my supplies. They damaged several things trying to shove stuff in pod and dropped a top piece of a bar on the concrete so it is severly damaged.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer can expect a call and text for us after booking.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, customer should expect the team lead of moving team to give them a call with an ETA once they have coordinated with the team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items packed and if possible labled. At the very least boxes should be packed and dressers emptied.
