We needed help with packing up to move only.
The packers called an hour before their arrival to let us know that they were going to be about 15 minutes late due to traffic, which was very thoughtful. The two men that came were so efficient and organized. It was just what we needed! We couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked.

I am very pleased with the unloading of my storage container. Chris and his coworker were great!! First, they called me a couple of of times that morning to let me know their schedule and eta- great communication! My storage container wasn’t in front of my apartment so they had to do some walking and did so with ease! They put everything where I asked, and moved my heavy dresser twice for me.
I will definitely be using Simply The Best movers again when needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family!

3 guys showed 20 minutes late, which I did not have a problem with. But what I did have a problem with was they were supposed to be a reputable professional moving company . None of them wore a back Support, nor did they have a threshold ramp. So they piled the boxes as high as they could on the handtruck and then bounced it over the threshold down a step. Several things were scratched, including the front of the washer and dryer, and several furniture pieces. I was told to have 36 blankets ready, one for each piece of furniture. However, they used about six blankets and everything was crammed into the truck. wood against wood, metal against wood, etc. , until it was scratched. At one point, one of the guys knocked over two boxes, that were clearly marked “fragile- wine glasses”. I saw one guy on the truck actually throw a box down from the top to rearrange things. I had two boxes of candles, which they put in the truck without checking to see if they would be ok on there. I’m sure it is a melted mess in the truck.
