I've moved a lot while in the Military, however the two guys that helped me today where among the best I've ever had. They both had Perfect attitudes, without reservation I would recommend them to anyone.

Movers did not maximize the truck space and all of my items. Many boxes were left behind because they did not load the truck properly. The movers were more concerned with their next job. I wished that I would not given them a tip before realizing all the stuff that was left behind for us to move by ourselves.
This created extra trips and unnecessary trips of loading and transporting for my family and I afterwards.

Movers arrive 2 hours after the 2 hour arrival window. When the movers arrived, they mentioned they had only just been assigned this job, 1 hour after the arrival window began. Throughout the morning, it was difficult to contact the ops supervisor to get an update on the arrival time, because he was also operating a move.

They wreaked of marijuana, cigarettes and smelled as though they had not showered in weeks

They moved relatively slowly, so while they tackled the few big items (i.e. washer, dryer, king bedroom set and couches) I actually load the majority of the 30+ boxes

They were relatively courteous, but did not respect my wishes to move certain items properly
i.e. " when loading the washer onto the dolly, please point the protruding face to the side" They responded "we know how to do this, we do it all the time". They ended up breaking off the knobs on my machine when the strap slid off continuously)

They also seemed fairly careless with boxed items. Placing heavy boxes marked fragile onto the ground carelessly.

This was a load / unload job. We ended up waiting for the movers to arrive for 15 min at the unload site, so we began unloading the truck ourselves. They finally arrive with drinks and we realized they stopped for lunch. It would have been nice to know that they were picking something up to eat, instead of sitting on wondering whether they were going to show up.

In the end, my decision to not use or recommend this vendor in the future is a easy one.

Jerral, Chris, and Brighton (sorry if names misspelled) saved us a lot of money, stress, sweat and tears during our move. We were moving out of a two-bedroom house into a condo, and probably incorrectly estimated that two movers for four hours would be sufficient for the amount of furniture we had, and the difficulty of getting furniture out of a basement.

After about an hour and a half of Chris expertly puzzling boxes into our UHaul (the thing was truly a work of art, packed floor to ceiling and front to back) - Jerral showed up with his own personal truck and also helped us for the next two plus hours. We had been very concerned about getting our UHauls back in time to avoid a late return fee, but thanks to the diligence and perseverance of the crew, we got them back with plenty of time to spare. Nothing was damaged in the move, they clocked out right before 4 hours expired, and didn't charge us extra for the extra mover or truck.

The only minor negative comment I could think of is that I'm not sure it sunk in to the crew early on that we had a second truck available to fill up. As a result, I think perhaps more time was spent than necessary trying to pack the items into the first truck (although the end result was indeed astonishing!).

Regardless, they went above and beyond to make sure we got done in the original number of hours we booked, and we can't thank them enough!

They were excellent service. My family was an 1.5 late for our appointment and the movers accomodated our schedule and were still available to help and available for an additional hour! They were professional and moved with efficiency. I would recommend them anytime and would use them again

Michael and Moochie were great! They were extremely efficient and even unloaded some additional items that I didn’t anticipate not fitting into my truck. They didn’t leave any dents or scratches on my walls and I had them going up two different flights of stairs which is impressive! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
