I set this moving service up for a friend of mine. We asked how much they would charge to take the TV’s off the walls, wrap them and the couches. They said an extra $100. We assumed that it could be done and would not be included in the time that we booked them for, that wasn’t the case. They began to tell my friend that they needed more stuff and he went out to get it. Upon his return, he found 1 of the movers sitting down. Then, the 2 hours was up and they asked for another hour to complete the rest of the loading of the truck. I paid an extra $125 and they still didn’t complete it. We found guys at our local HomeDepot that completed the loading of the truck $100. We spent approximately $430.00. We found a complaint with HireHelper and the offer us $52.10 refund. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THE MOVERS

They were the most helpful,and professional movers I have Ever dealt with, and I have moved over 20 times in my 40+ yr career.
From walking me through how to remove a car carrier on the truck the night before, which was Thanksgiving to unloading my belongings with Extreme Care, they were Fantastic. If you are moving and don't consider them, You would be making a Huge mistake
