A 12:30, 2 man worker appt, turned into a 1:30 to 2 appt, with a 1 man worker and looking for another one, which then turned into a 1 man worker that showed up at 3 and I was the other worker. Now mind you I'm 5'11 and a very strong female, but after catching a flight from FL the night before, arriving in ATL @ 9pm, going straight to bed, thinking I'll just be able to sit back and let the movers do their thing, my intentions were not to come and move a 3 bedroom house. But me and the other worker, who was not young I might add, got in done in 2 hours. Now by me being the other worker, you would think I would get a hell of a discount for my work, aggravation and frustration, but it was only a $40 discount...smh. Not to mention, after I finished working, I then had to drive the Uhaul 8 hours to my new home in FL. I arrived in FL 2am...smh!!
And when I goto open the uhaul to start moving things out, things are falling all out the truck. Some items destroyed..smh!!
This was an AWFUL experience!! I will NEVER use this company again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Guys were 1hr and 17mins late, which made us fall behind on our next scheduled appointment for carpet cleaning.
(We understand traffic can be an issue). Guys were moving little slow due to heavy furniture and not using furniture dolly and hand truck, the tools that was there for them to use.This would have moved things along faster and not put a strain on them. We had everything in the garage ready for loading and all items were wrapped/covered, and ready for loading. This should have been a smoother move. We are military and use to moving and packing. After running our time down, some due to traffic.
All-in-All, We were not happy about exhausting our time, and having to pay an extra $99.99 and still the job was not completed by them.We released them and completed off-loading ourselves.
UCall& IHaul was not our first choice. We should have stayed with our instinct. Lesson learned.
Disappointed and was the worst move, we ever had. Guys were ok and respectful, but need to be little more professional with getting the clients, the most work for their money and be more proficient with the tools giving to them, without having to keep suggesting that they to use. This would have made work faster, easier and safe.
Not to mention, we uploaded too, to move things along.
We will never use UCall & IHaul again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They expect the initial phone call in timely manner to discuss the details of their move, time of arrival and what services we provide.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We show up on time, introduce ourselves, do the complimentary walk through in order to get familiar with their residence and determine what items are going on a load and where items go on an unload.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best moves are a wonderful collaboration our moving skills, basic tools, and the customer provide equipment and protective materials such as moving blankets, stretch wrap, bubble wrap and mattress bags.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been in business for more than 13 years over which time we've done local, long distance, and office moves. The majority of the moves have been local residential moves which is our core business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I was in the mortgage industry for almost 20 years when I started this company as a way to give my customers quality moves at an affordable price. I really enjoy walking into a home on a load job and their items are everywhere and in every room and watching the customer's face light up when we successfully empty the home into their moving truck safely and securely.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each mover receives thorough class room policy and procedure training before they ever go out on a moving job. Then they get on going on the job practical training with regular assessments of their progress.
