I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Izeal and Rashawn! They were amazing. They quickly and carefully handled moving the contents of my POD to my specific locations between 3 different floors. Great young men! They were so polite and courteous and had such a positive energy. I highly recommend!

Were they on time? - They arrived between the set time frame.
Were they prepared for the job? - No. They were not prepared at all with any moving equipment or anything.
Did they work hard? - Yes they worked and completed the job.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? - No. They were not considerate of our fragile boxes, broken property, or scratches in the stairway and wooden floors.
Would you use them again? - Unfortunately not.

We received help from 2 gentlemen who were respectful but unfortunately could not perform the job well. They broke my cat tower and damaged my stairway with scratches. My husband had to help them multiple times and both of us had to redirect them on how to move a specific object without damaging the interior of the home. Our other movers (Smooth moves its what we do) in Utah were amazing. They had moving equipment and knew exactly what to do and how to move and pack our things carefully. I understand that maybe these movers were tired as they said, "we're tired from previous moves," but they should consider not taking a job if they are going to be exhausted. Would not recommend to family or friends and would hire someone else even though the cost might be $50.00 more or so. Hire a Helper refunded one hour and though we wanted to submit a claim to help pay for damages, we didn't want to go through the hassle so we cut our losses and would never utilize their services again.

They did an amazing job, we got everything moved so quickly. They came on time, had everything ready to go and knew exactly what needed to be done to get our stuff up to the third floor. Whenever we have to move again I’ll definitely be using them!

The two guys who came were super friendly and came ready to move our stuff. Everything was fine until one of them stopped to take a 20-minute dump in our bathroom (he was embarrassed, but still - it was awful and no work got done in that time frame).
Then, they must have gotten tired at the end because the last two pieces of furniture they managed to scratch on every side of both dressers. The scratches are on every surface, are not repairable, and could have been avoided by 1) wrapping the furniture with the blankets/pads we provided and/or 2) not ping-pong-ing them up our staircase and dragging them along the door frames and door handles, gouging the wood.
When we brought it up to them (and to Hire a Helper for that matter) - they said that they're professionals and they'd never be that careless - except... they were. Hire a Helper wasn't much help either... they fell back on their standard, we'll send you $0.60/pound but we won't even pretend to make it right/whole policy.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will be greeted by individuals with experience necessary to move their belongings. Our guys know our customers are the heart of our company so they will be more than delighted to meet our customers expectations. Helpers will be advised to carry mask at all times to keep you & your family safest at all times. We accept any contract.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will give you a heads-up call to let you know were in transit from our location to yours, usually 10-30 minutes before arrival. If we are unloading we advise you show our crew where things go , if we are loading we advise you provide blankets or other soft materials for loading to protect all fragile glass or wood. Once we begin we will work hard with one another using communication and Tetris skills to successfully move objects from point to A to B without worry on your behalf. We look to serve.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prep by wrapping all fragile glass such as tabletops , televisions, and doors in blankets or paper to prevent scratches or damages , as well as to speed up the process of their move . Anything wood should be wrapped the same and all objects inside dressers , chest , or bookshelves should be placed into boxes to also help speed up their process . Saving them money in the long run . All of our staff is dog-friendly , but we'd advise placing pets somewhere safe so they are not injured.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every kind of move, from local moves to long distance moves. We offer multiple services! We offer a 20% discount to returning customers , so they can save during this pandemic.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to see a satisfied customer , as well as knowing I'm helping them at the lowest rates.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are trained in heavy & careful lifting , furniture wrapping , and dolly equipment using. We also have technicians trained for multiple appliances.
