These guy are Tetris masters! We are SO glad we hired them...courteous, optimistic, and realistic. We were amazed at the efficient use of space, and it was they who recommended that we get a smaller pod delivered the next day, instead of a large one as we had estimated originally. Turns out they saved us over $1500! We would hire them for every move, if we were only staying in the area.

I hired these folks with the intention to help move across town (unload and load); I hired them for 3 hours as I had a 1 bedroom plus loft to move with no major appliances. My condo building does have some stairs but it also has an elevator to help with the worst staircase.
They showed up on time and let me know when they would be arriving. They also notified me that they would be bringing trainees (which I responded with a "great!" Thinking this would speed things up). I had an overly large uhaul already parked out front.
When they arrived, the first hour went smoothly, they carried out some of the larger pieces and some random boxes. Into hour 2, I looked around and noticed my apartment had no movers. No one aside from my friend and dad were in the unit. I went downstairs to find all of the guys trying to figure out how best to load the truck. At this point, I still had most of the bedrooms left to load and multiple boxes. The main mover asked me: "do you want everything moved or is this it?".
Answer. Yes. I want everything moved because I am paying you to move everything.
Needless to say. The last hour and change ended up with my 60 year old father and myself moving most of what was left and me dismissing the guys at least 30 minutes early since they were useless. I then also had to unpack EVERYTHING at my new place.
For reference, I had only 2 helpers come out when I originally moved into my building and they had assembled AND unloaded all of the same furniture and boxes within 1.5 hours. These movers didn't even have to disassemble any furniture as everything was ready to go. I was severely disappointed with their service.

Were they on time? yep. they called ahead to let me know when they would arrive
Were they prepared for the job? For the most part. They used a dolly for some of it and if it would have had straps it would have been a bit easier, since they almost dropped one of the appliances while traversing steps outside.
Did they work hard? they worked very hard and got things done quickly. they made sure to ask about anything they saw in the house that might also need moving.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? for the most part. they did scratch a few items but since they are old appliances i was replacing its was not a big deal.
Would you use them again? sure

The two guys were on time and had pleasant demeanors. They were careful in how the truck was packed. They were not, however, fast nor efficient. They took three hours more than expected or that I had experienced with movers previously. I had hoped that I could be cleaning and packing the few remaining items while they moved the furniture and boxes. This was not the case, i had to assist with moving items to and from the truck throughout the day.

They had No clue what they were doing. Didn’t show up till 10:20. They were really slow. I had to keep bringing boxes and items out. I had to continue to stay in top of them and put items in open gaps. The final items we’re basically just put in with no real idea how they should fit when things will shift. I was told I needed moving blankets which they rarely used and I had to put. They drag furniture and complained constantly. I had to bring a majority of items out myself and tell them we needed to fill in gaps. I would never recommend your services. I’m beyond disappointed. I’m 64 years old and I was running circles around them to even be in the 3 hours.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will be greeted by individuals with experience necessary to move their belongings. Our guys know our customers are the heart of our company so they will be more than delighted to meet our customers expectations. Helpers will be advised to carry mask at all times to keep you & your family safest at all times. We accept any contract.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our team will give you a heads-up call to let you know were in transit from our location to yours, usually 10-30 minutes before arrival. If we are unloading we advise you show our crew where things go , if we are loading we advise you provide blankets or other soft materials for loading to protect all fragile glass or wood. Once we begin we will work hard with one another using communication and Tetris skills to successfully move objects from point to A to B without worry on your behalf. We look to serve.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prep by wrapping all fragile glass such as tabletops , televisions, and doors in blankets or paper to prevent scratches or damages , as well as to speed up the process of their move . Anything wood should be wrapped the same and all objects inside dressers , chest , or bookshelves should be placed into boxes to also help speed up their process . Saving them money in the long run . All of our staff is dog-friendly , but we'd advise placing pets somewhere safe so they are not injured.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every kind of move, from local moves to long distance moves. We offer multiple services! We offer a 20% discount to returning customers , so they can save during this pandemic.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Being able to see a satisfied customer , as well as knowing I'm helping them at the lowest rates.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are trained in heavy & careful lifting , furniture wrapping , and dolly equipment using. We also have technicians trained for multiple appliances.
