Excellent. I'd estimated that it would take longer than 2 hours so I scheduled 3 hours. It only took them maybe 1.5 hours. Great work.

The two movers came on time and did a great job. They padded my railing and walkways to ensure no damage or muddy carpets. I highly recommend this company. They were not able to fit everything in my 16ft pod, but they did such a good job playing tetris and utilizing the space to the best of their ability. They kept me informed and asked questions and seemed to really care about what I wanted.

The movers themselves were excellent. However, they were delayed by the previous job, and no one contacted us to give us an ETA or to explain the situation. When I first called LeDoux at the end of the arrival window to check to make sure the job was still on, they told me they'd call me right back, and never did. I called again 30 minutes later (now 30 minutes past the arrival window) and we finally got an ETA at that point. They ended up being over 1.5 hours late. Still, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. They worked incredibly hard, skipped lunch to make it our place and wouldn't let us buy them lunch (we had cookies and water ready for them), and finished the job in less time than was slated. Great, respectful and committed workers.
