They were extremely efficient and unloaded my entire Pod (containing 2-3 rooms) during the time I scheduled, which I thought would only be enough time for them to help with the large furniture items.

I just moved from CA to TX. I used Hire a Helper services in both states. The team that helped me here in Austin we’re on time, professional and “knocked it out” in half the time. Way to go guys. Thanks again for your hard work. Rick

on time; helped put bed and table together; advertised that would stay up to an extra hour if needed but this was not true so at 2 hours exactly-told to stop everything and leave even though had some left to do.

Mover's response:
Our policy that guarantees we will stay at least 1 additional hour was changed long before this order was placed. During the busy/summer season we cannot guarantee staying later than the hours stated on the order. The customer failed to mention that the delivery of the container was 30 mins late which meant we only had 1.5 hrs to unload and assemble furniture instead of the 2 hrs booked. Also, a third mover was was added to the order free of charge to help push things along since the container was late. Be sure to book enough hours just to be safe. Elizabeth, Sorry for any inconvenience.
