They were very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. Moved very fast and made sure they packed with efficiency! They even finished early !

It took much longer than expected—9.5 hours—and they did not move my treadmill. I had to hire another mover for that for 200$. Additionally, my office chair broke during the move, and the paint on my newly painted house was scraped. Filing a claim for all these.

Alexander and his team were on time and communicated arrival well. They wrapped all our furniture up well and were very efficient, working fast but not carelessly. Overall a great experience and I’d hire them again anytime

Pro: They moved stuff from point A (apartment) to B (truck) efficiently.
Con: Loading. 90% of my (unboxed) belongings are damaged beyond repair. I would have saved $2k just throwing away all my furniture and buying it new at my destination, because everything they loaded on the truck (besides what I packed inside boxes myself) was unprotected and scratched/broken/damaged beyond use or repair when it arrived to my destination. They didn’t wrap anything in blankets or padding, despite having ample packing supplies provided and leftover at the end of the day; they just loaded things on the truck completely unprotected (bedframe, table, piano, stools…more.). I had to photograph and document over 30 damaged items, but the insurance “coverage” is only a fraction of the value that got destroyed because they just threw it on the truck unprotected. Everything is scratched and broken. The whole reason I hired movers was to load the truck in a way such that things wouldn’t get damaged. I literally threw the stuff away in the back alley after paying thousands of dollars for them to load and move it to my next city. I wish I could retract my tip.
