We will call you 3 times prior to your to your move. Once a week prior, once the day before and once 30 mins prior to arrival. This is the critical first step in ensuring the proper planning and organization that is so important to performing a great service.
When we arrive on site the team leader will begin by showing you his paperwork with the time of arrival. He will the do a walk through of the home with you and assess the situation as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. After that, the team will start moving your possessions very carefully as if they were their grandmother's because thats what theyre trained to do.
-Hire us for packing! If youre coming from out of state hire a local company with great reviews to pack for you. 99% of the damage we see during a move is from improper packing and thus damage during transport when everything shifts around. -Organization is everything! The better you mark your boxes, keep track of hardware and are able to communicate your plans to us the more efficient the job will be.
We have vast experience (almost 10 years)with local and long distance, and some experience with office moves.
My favorite part about being a mover is seeing everything come together at the end of the day and the feeling of accomplishment from doing a great job for our customers. Also, its always satisfying seeing the relief on a customer's face when they realize that everything worked out just fine.
