Two men helped move my son’s furniture from his third-floor apartment to the moving truck, and they did an outstanding job. They worked quickly and efficiently while still being very careful with everything they handled. Both were extremely courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move. Their hard work made a stressful day much easier. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and respectful movers.

My movers communicated with me ahead of time and arrived on time. They were professional and asked me where to put all my things. My morning load crew made me late to the address where Ogre Man was my unload crew.
They understood, worked with me, did about half the unload, and had to go to another job. But they came back and finished me up later that afternoon.

If using this company again, I would request that these men could be the ones loading/off loading our items.

I had the pleasure of working with Xavier and Terrick. I scheduled for a 9 AM move. I wasn’t too pleased with the reschedule of my move, because it put me in 25 minutes worth of lunch traffic that could’ve been avoided had the original time been kept. I ended up having to pay for an extra hour, however the guys moved fast up 2 flights of stairs. Would definitely use and recommend again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
