What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect us to text a confirmation of receipt of the job order as soon as we receive it. You can also expect us to communicate in a clear, calm manner throughout the move process.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
After hiring us you can expect us to do everything we possibly can to help accomplish your goal. Whatever that goal may be we are here to help you accomplish whatever moving goal you may have
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should pack up all valuables as safely as possible. A customer should also attempt to read the Move area of as much trash as possible so ensure the safest work environment for everyone on the Move site.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled local, long distance, office, find artwork, and heavy industrial equipment, Moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is helping others while working out.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew members participate in our MOVE training certification program. This is a 6 hour program that ensures all crew members are up-to-date on current company processes. The certification is renewed through the company on a yearly basis.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
