They were a bit late due to the job before us, but worked quickly and finished right on time.

Two young men arrived about 45 min ahead of schedule. I was worried about the time frame since the cars that needed loading would not arrive until 9:45-10:00. But, two cars arrived early so it worked out. These men were very polite and respectful. They could not speak English and if I had not had a Spanish speaker on the day of the move, it would have been a mess. ALWAYS be sure that you send helpers that speak the native language of the person who hired you!! The men did a great job, and did everything that was needed in a quick, efficient way. I was very happy with the communication, got emails timely and had the appointment confirmed. This gave me peace of mind. I already know that I am going to use this company again in the near future.

Awesome movers, arrived on time and finished in less than 2 hours. They worked quickly and took wonderful care of my furniture and packed the van carefully. I would definitely use them again or recommend them!!

Firstly, I appreciate how the crew took their time to arrange our furniture in the rental truck but I was really upset that our furniture ended up getting scratched up so badly :( We understand that scratches would happen due to a move but these were really BAD and it was multiple furniture items! My husband had requested that they use the furniture pads on specific items but we realize upon arrival when we unloaded the truck that this did not happen. Giving the crew 3 stars because they went out of their way to arrange our stuff properly in the truck and they also worked hard and carried so much of our heavy stuff. Just dissapointed that our furniture was not handled the way we would have wanted it to be ( especially after giving them a nice tip! )

This was exactly the service that we needed! We were moving from one apartment to another one next door and had a strict time constraint. The guys arrived early to the apartment and began moving as soon as they stepped into the apartment. I was impressed at the speed they could move the items and did not waste time at all. The were courteous and careful with my items. Bottom-line, I would recommend them to anyone if what you need is help moving in an effective fashion

These guys were great. Took me 2 1/2 days to load the 26' truck and took them 1 1/2 hours to unload it. They only scratched one small thing and it could have gotten scratched in the truck. They came at 6 and were done before 8. I would recommend them!

I hired these guys to unload a 15 ft truck and a trailer. First, they were late. Then, after I drive from Chicago to Texas, overnight, the 2 guys sent to unload my truck, at 4:15 (supposed to arrive between 3-4), had been working since 7am and were exhausted by the time they arrived to unload my truck and trailer for the third floor. My, almost 60 year old, father unloaded the truck and my boyfriend's 65 year old mother helped bring up light weight boxes and items, while my boyfriend helped bring things up, too. I hired them for 3 hours, having the option to extend the time, if necessary. After the first hour, I mentioned I would probably need a fourth hour. They told me they only accept cash for the extra hour, which was $50. At 7pm, when they were almost through with their scheduled time, they said they wouldn't stay the extra hour but would help me get a hold of the manager to get someone else out to help. After countless times trying to get a hold of the manager and a couple messages, I finally got a hold of him and he said because they were done at 7pm, it would be difficult to get someone out there to finish the job. And by finish the job, I mean being up a few dozen boxes, a king sized mattress, among other things. So at the end of the day, I was up for 30+ hours and did half the work myself. The worst part is the manager never got back to me and I had to speak to HireAHelper, where I got back a pathetic, although appreciated, $50 for my trouble.
