I called them to say we arrived at the location early and they arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled. They were prepared. they worked hard and even helped load appliances to be recycled. Very respectful on all accounts.

I didn't give it a 5 star....... to the company because their choice of workers they sent to me the first time. They just walked around scoping the situation and all the items that they had to do. They smelled like alcohol and looked like they were high. They left because they couldn't do the job due to hazard conditions, however the next set of gentlemen OSCAR and LEO....were a 5 star crew and I would hire them again many times if I ever needed them. They said they would take care of me and they did. Even with all the mud and the extremely heavy furniture and in the dark with no electricity....they took care of me move. Thank you Oscar and Leo.

They called right away to discuss the job, however three weeks later on moving day they didn't show and when I called 45 min later I learned they never put me on the calendar. They got out to my house within 40 mins of that call though, and for the most part the movers were fast and careful. They did dent my wall in one spot around the corner of my staircase but I had massive furniture and a difficult staircase. I wish the movers would have fessed up about the dent. Instead I found it after. It was easily fixed. I would probably try someone else next time.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Call an hour or so before, as well within 48 hours. We'll be certain to bring professional dollies, and other moving equipment.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have all boxes taped and well labelled, Have supplies like moving blankets, tape and other supplies ready for us to use as instructed.
