First of all, Hire a Helper did a great job rectifying the bad experience I had with EasyPath Moving LLC. Also, Rick, one of the EasyPath movers, did a great job. He worked hard and was a nice guy. That being said, the rest of the experience was awful. I had hired 2 movers for 3 hours and one of the movers arrived within the arrival window (Rick) and got right to work. My clock also started "ticking" even though only one mover had arrived. He had been working for about 30-40 minutes when he said that his boss called and informed him that the other mover would not being coming to the first location. None of this was communicated to me and I wasn't given any options. Rick continued to work hard, but unfortunately my dad had to help lift a lot of very heavy items that he had no business lifting, including an electronic mattress base and several dressers. When we got to the second location, the other mover was there. Again, they got right to work and got everything moved in, but my time went over by 10 minutes. When it came time to pay for everything, the manager of EasyPath Moving said he would not give me a discount of any kind because I went over by 10 minutes...even though I only had 1 mover at the first location. I thought this was horrible customer service. He said that it was my fault for not calling him to review my options when I found out that the 2nd mover wasn't coming to the first location. Again, I didn't think I had any options and he never even called me to explain the situation. He called his mover. As a manager, I believe that he should have contacted me directly about the situation when he found out that I would not be getting the full service that I signed up for. That should not have been my responsibility. Thankfully, Hire a Helper was fantastic and gave me a discount for the move, but I'm still frustrated at the complete lack of customer service skills that the manager at EasyPath Moving had. I would definitely not use EasyPath Moving again and I would not recommend them to anyone expecting a fair service.

They were right on time, worked really hard to get all the things up three flight of stairs. They were very careful while moving things not to damage them. They were very respectful and I will definitely call them again if I decide to move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Within 48 hours of booking with us, an EasyPath team member will contact you by phone to confirm your scheduled move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of your move, a member of our team will contact you by phone 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Once on site your assigned team will do a walk through of the property. The next steps are a bit tedious, the team will disassemble and add protective wrap to all needed items prior to transport. Once items are properly prepared your team will begin loading.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For the safety and convenience of your moving team, keep paths clear of debris. Also keep pets and small children in a separate area.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled jobs anywhere from local residential moves, moving office buildings, stores, and offer long distance, out-of-state moves.

Our favorite part of being in this industry is giving our customers the service they deserve.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our team members go through extensive training prior to being scheduled on a job. They learn how to use equipment and how to properly lift regular and more difficult items. Our main concern in our training if safety of our team and your precious belongings.
