The guys did well and were courteous. They got the job done and coordinated with me who had specific needs in loading the POD so the items would be unloaded in CO in a certain order. I would use them again.

I do not recommend Smart Move LLC. I had two very inexperienced and unprepared movers. They mishandled my pieces of furniture...lots of damage!!! They obviously do not know how to move furniture!!! Their moving dollies were metal and had no padding on the dollies to protect furniture causing severe damage to my furniture. At first they tried to blame it on the movers who loaded my moving POD and then he owned it.
My move consisted of approx 30 boxes and totes, 2 bedroom sets, 1 queen mattress and a dining room set into a street level condo. The only items that had to go up one flight of stairs was 2 small dressers and a queen mattress and metal bedframe. IMO this should not have taken over 4.5 hours. They dragged their feet and wasted a lot of time. Not worth the money!

Smart Move was very professional and efficient. They came on time, worked hard, and were prepared. However, this was a learning experience for me. It was the first time I was packing a container. They tried their best with the time they had. I wish I knew more about their approach beforehand, as when they came, I had to make some serious prioritization decisions as everything would not fit, and I wish we had spent some time getting that figured out first as we ended up leaving behind some large items that I would have switched out. I wish when I called to ask what I needed to do, they had shared how they packed and offered suggestions for packing a container when you are not sure if everything will fit. I give them a five as the challenges were mostly external to them, but I am sharing as there may be another inexperienced customer who could benefit from my experience.

They guys showed up on time, we’re very polite and professional. They moved my daughter’s furniture from her apartment carefully and quickly, and packed it all in the pod very securely. I would definitely recommend.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
