The lead mover, Thomas, has 15 years of experience and really knows what he is doing. Both of them worked well together and were. very efficient and fast. We were very pleased, especially as the timing was so close with them loading and the moving company collecting the containers.

Zeno and Allen were amazing - they moved so much stuff in the 2 hours we hired them for that it made the rest of our move easy. They were super helpful and nice and were true Tetrus masters with loading our moving truck. We would highly recommend them!

We used Moving Staffers on 3 moves. This was the most horrific. We will never recommend them again or use them again. We were charged the day before the move which never happened before. On the day of the move only 1 worker was worth anything. They were given a map of how to store the items in the storage unit and they did not follow it. We asked for large appliances in the back of storage and light boxes in front. They threw my items around leaving glass in the storage unit parking area. Antique furniture thrown all over and on top of boxes. We specifically told them not to place our coolers with food in the storage unit and they did. Now we can't find them and the food will rot in the storage unit. At the end of the day they announced they refused to move 2 safes that I paid for in the contract and mentioned on the original recorded call. We had to close on our house and this left us with no time and almost made us loose the buyer on our house. This caused much stress and we had to hire another company in a emergency situation and also had to rent extra storage units because they did not stack correctly utilizing the space in the storage unit. One worker wanted to fist fight with my husband too and wanted to quit for the day. 2 got lazy and then they charged me addition 1K from the original quote which I also mentioned that they can come by and see the house and the boxes and appliances and safes to be moved. They refused to do a in person quote. So not only did they not honor their contract/price, we had to pay extra 1K , hire yet another moving company to finish their job, we had to move items ourselves for 3 days and rent extra storage units. Stay away from this company, they are not the same. They never offered us a refund for the extra cost of what they refused to do at the last minute.
The scope of the job and expected timeline were discussed in advance, and our experienced crew advised that the move would likely require significantly more time than initially requested. Throughout the day, instructions and priorities were adjusted multiple times, which can directly affect efficiency, layout planning, and the use of storage space during a load.
Even under those circumstances, the team worked to complete the job safely and remain communicative. We regret that the final result did not meet your expectations and that the day ended on such a stressful note. Feedback like this is reviewed internally as part of our ongoing effort to improve. Zeno and Allen were amazing!
Our original movers helpers flaked and we waited around for them but Allen and Zeno stepped in and saved the day! Their professionalism and experienced mannerisms were so impressive! I loved the communication and followup from the company! They truly know how to take care of their customers! I would give Zeno and Allen TEN STARS!
